Vultures® Seminar Series was successfully relaunched
April 28 at the Doubletree Grande Hotel in Miami with
the help of sponsors Fisher
Auction Co., Tui
Lifestyle, Assouline
& Berlowe and more than 70
attendees.
A powerpoint presentation of the Miami Condo Trends program is now available for download. Videos of Condo Vultures® founder Peter Zalewski's keynote speech can be accessed on the CondoVultures.com home page, beginning with the program introduction this week. The complete presentation will be archived and available for purchase at a date to be announced.
The next event, tentatively scheduled for June, will feature a panel discussion about South Florida rental rates producing an attractive cap rate. Please check back for the specific date, time and location.
